Education Qualifications: Graduate, D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed

Experience: Minimum 1 year

Age: 18 years to 60 years

Gender: Male/Female

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions according to students' learning needs.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students' understanding of subjects.
3. Monitoring students' progress and providing regular feedback to parents/guardians.
4. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student participation and motivation.
5. Using creative teaching methods and resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.
6. Collaborating with parents/guardians and school teachers to support students' academic growth.
7. Keeping accurate records of students' attendance, performance, and feedback for reporting purposes.

Requirements:

1. Strong academic background with a degree in education or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
4. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
5. Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.
6. Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to students' success.
