Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students based on their individual learning needs and goals.
- Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding and performance in various subjects.
- Provide guidance and support to students in completing assignments, preparing for exams, and improving study skills.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education qualifications: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or any equivalent degree in education.
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a tutoring or educational setting.
- Age between 18 to 60 years.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students to achieve academic success.
- Comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds and learning abilities.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
