Job Description:

Role: Home Tutor
Location: Porbandar
Education: Graduate with qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
Age: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions.
2. Developing customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs.
3. Providing guidance and support to help students improve their understanding of subjects.
4. Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Encouraging and motivating students to achieve academic success.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide progress updates.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any relevant field.
• Certified teaching qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or equivalent.
• Strong subject knowledge and teaching skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for education.
