Job Description: As a home tutor in Pauri, you will be responsible for providing personalized and engaging educational support to students from class 5th to 12th. Your primary goal will be to help students achieve academic success and develop a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs and goals.
2. Create and implement tailored lesson plans that align with the curriculum and student's learning style.
3. Assess student's progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to enhance their academic performance.
4. Utilize various teaching methods, resources, and technology to make learning interactive and effective.
5. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
6. Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss student's progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of a Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience is required.
4. Proficient in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of diverse backgrounds.
6. Passionate about education and committed to helping students succeed.

• Age: 18 years to 60 years
• Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
• Availability to conduct tutoring sessions as per the agreed schedule.
