Job Description:

As a Home Tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and academic goals.
3. Providing clear explanations of concepts and ensuring student understanding through interactive teaching methods.
4. Assessing student progress and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Motivating and encouraging students to develop a love for learning and improve their study skills.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on students' performance and progress.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Passionate about education and helping students succeed.
6. Age between 18 to 60 years.
7. Open to both male and female candidates.
