Location: Patan Education Qualifications: Graduate and D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed Experience: Minimum 1 year Age Range: 18 years to 60 years Gender: Male/Female (Both)

Job Description:

• Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' individual needs and learning styles.
• Create and implement customized lesson plans to enhance students' understanding of various subjects.
• Provide feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their academic performance.
• Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to engage actively in the learning process.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns or questions.
• Stay updated with curriculum changes and educational trends to deliver high-quality tutoring services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or equivalent qualifications (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
• Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
