Job Description: As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting personalized tutoring sessions for students in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc., based on their academic needs and curriculum requirements.
- Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and teaching strategies to facilitate learning and understanding.
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their academic performance and study skills.
- Monitoring and tracking students' progress, adjusting teaching methods as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Encouraging and motivating students to actively participate in learning activities and take ownership of their education.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
- At least 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience, preferably in a home tutoring or educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and connect with students effectively.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and learning.
Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old to be eligible for this position.
