Job Description:

As a home tutor in Nowrangpur, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting One-on-One Sessions: You will conduct personalized tutoring sessions for students based on their individual learning needs and pace.
2. Subject Expertise: You should have a strong command of the subjects you teach, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
3. Creating Lesson Plans: Develop comprehensive lesson plans and teaching materials that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
4. Monitoring Progress: Track and monitor students' progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure understanding and improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduation in the relevant subject(s) or educational field.
• Diploma or degree in Education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
