Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Developing personalized learning plans based on students' strengths and areas for improvement.
3. Explaining concepts clearly and using various teaching aids to enhance understanding.
4. Assigning and reviewing homework to reinforce learning.
5. Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. A Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Graduate) and additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are preferred.
2. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience and empathy towards students' learning needs.
5. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
6. Proficient in the subjects you will be tutoring.
