Responsibilities:

4. Encourage Active Learning: Encourage students to actively participate in class discussions, ask questions, and think critically. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
5. Utilize Resources Effectively: Make use of a variety of teaching resources such as textbooks, multimedia tools, and educational games to enhance learning outcomes. Stay updated with the latest educational trends and incorporate relevant resources into your lessons.
6. Communicate with Parents: Maintain open and transparent communication with parents regarding students' progress, challenges, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with parents to develop strategies for supporting students' academic growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with a Diploma in Education (D.Ed), Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), Physical Education (D.P.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed), Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed), Master of Education (M.Ed), or Master of Physical Education (M.P.Ed).
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role. Experience in tutoring students from class 5th to 12th will be an added advantage.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
