Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on the students' learning needs and goals.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students' understanding and academic performance.
3. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly to ensure effective learning outcomes.
4. Providing constructive feedback to students and parents to track progress and address any areas of improvement.
5. Creating a supportive and encouraging learning environment that motivates students to excel academically.
6. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and school staff to facilitate communication and coordinate educational strategies.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles.
• Proficiency in using educational technology and resources.
