Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students based on their individual learning needs and pace.
2. Planning and preparing engaging and interactive lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
3. Assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback to help them succeed.
4. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters students' confidence, curiosity, and critical thinking skills.
5. Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and discuss any concerns or adjustments needed.
6. Utilizing a variety of teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance students' learning experiences.
7. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and feedback for ongoing evaluation and improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse learning styles and needs.
• Passion for education, patience, and dedication to students' academic growth and success.
