Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience

Subjects: All subjects for class 5th to 12th

Job Description:

As a home tutor in Nagarjuna Hill, you will be responsible for:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs and goals.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and instructional materials to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
3. Providing feedback and constructive criticism to students to help them improve their academic performance.
4. Monitoring students' progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.
5. Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, address concerns, and provide updates on tutoring sessions.
6. Encouraging a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and motivation.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
