Job Title: Home Tutor

Education Qualifications: Graduate with D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or any equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience. Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old. Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students according to their learning needs and pace.
2. Creating and implementing personalized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students' understanding of subjects.
3. Providing academic support and guidance to help students improve their grades and confidence.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress, identifying areas of improvement, and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide feedback on students' performance and discuss academic goals.
6. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
7. Adhering to the academic curriculum and standards set by educational boards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
• Teaching certification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is highly preferred.
• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in teaching subjects from class 5th to 12th.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit students' individual learning styles.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.
