Job Description:
As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions for students from class 5th to 12th.
- Providing personalized and effective teaching methods to cater to each student's learning needs.
- Creating engaging lesson plans and using various teaching aids to enhance learning outcomes.
- Monitoring and assessing student progress regularly to identify areas for improvement.
- Communicating effectively with parents or guardians to update them on their child's academic performance.
- Encouraging and motivating students to achieve their academic goals.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies based on individual student needs.
- Age between 18 to 60 years.
