Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
Age Range: 18 years to 60 years

Job Description:

As a Home Tutor in Melaghar, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and learning objectives.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and study materials to enhance students' understanding of the subject matter.
3. Assessing students' progress through regular tests and assignments, and providing constructive feedback to improve their academic performance.
4. Encouraging a positive learning environment that promotes active participation and engagement among students.
5. Communicating effectively with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, challenges, and areas for improvement.
6. Keeping abreast of curriculum changes and educational best practices to deliver high-quality tutoring services.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Graduate degree with relevant teaching qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their academic goals.
• Knowledge of pedagogical techniques and educational resources to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
