Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, you will be responsible for delivering personalized learning experiences to students in their homes. Your primary duties will include:

1. Subject Mastery: Demonstrating expertise in the subjects you teach and ensuring that students grasp key concepts effectively.
2. Individualized Instruction: Tailoring your teaching approach to meet the unique learning needs of each student, fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment.
3. Progress Monitoring: Regularly assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to enhance their academic performance.
4. Curriculum Implementation: Following prescribed curricula and lesson plans to cover the syllabus comprehensively while incorporating creative teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes.
5. Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with students, parents, and our academic support team to address any concerns and ensure a collaborative learning experience.

Requirements:

• Education: Candidates must have a minimum of a Graduate degree along with any of the following qualifications: D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in a similar role is required.
• Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
