Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students in their homes.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Teaching various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages.
4. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
5. Providing constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate continuous improvement.
6. Encouraging and motivating students to develop a love for learning and achieve academic excellence.
7. Maintaining regular communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress.
8. Adhering to professional standards and ethical guidelines in teaching practices.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
2. Valid teaching certification or qualification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a tutoring or classroom setting.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
