Job Description:

• Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students.
• Create and implement tailored lesson plans based on students' learning needs.
• Help students improve their academic performance and achieve their educational goals.
• Evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress.
• Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum of a Graduate degree along with any of the following: D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 60 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female tutors are welcome to apply.
• Subject Expertise: Proficiency in subjects taught in classes 5th to 12th.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy towards students' learning challenges.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
