Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and learning styles.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and instructional materials to enhance students' understanding of subjects.
3. Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to improve their academic performance.
4. Encouraging and motivating students to actively participate in learning activities and develop a positive attitude towards education.
5. Collaborating with parents and teachers to create a supportive learning environment and address any concerns or challenges faced by students.
6. Utilizing innovative teaching methods and educational resources to engage students and make learning enjoyable and effective.
7. Maintaining accurate records of students' attendance, progress, and achievements to track their academic development.
8. Keeping abreast of curriculum changes, teaching techniques, and educational trends to continuously improve teaching quality and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field.
• Diploma in Education (D.Ed), Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), Physical Education (D.P.Ed), or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a tutoring or educational setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to tailor teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs.
• Passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential.
