Job Description:

As a home tutor with us, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, providing them with personalized attention and guidance to help them achieve their academic goals. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students from class 5th to 12th in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and others based on your expertise.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to suit the learning needs and pace of each student.
3. Assessing student progress, identifying areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians.
4. Encouraging a positive and supportive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
5. Incorporating interactive teaching methods, educational games, and real-life examples to make learning enjoyable and effective.
6. Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, performance, and lesson plans.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

1. Minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed will be an added advantage.
3. At least 1 year of prior teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Proficiency in the subjects you will be tutoring.
5. Excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching and learning.
6. Ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
7. Age between 18 to 60 years.
8. Open to both male and female candidates.
