Job Description:
As a home tutor with us, you will be responsible for providing personalized and effective tutoring sessions to students from class 5th to 12th. Your role will involve:
- Creating customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and academic goals.
- Conducting interactive and engaging tutoring sessions to help students understand and excel in their subjects.
- Providing timely feedback and assessment to track students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Motivating and inspiring students to develop a positive attitude towards learning and achieve academic success.
- Collaborating with parents and guardians to ensure a supportive learning environment for students.
- Utilizing a variety of teaching resources and techniques to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.
- Adhering to the scheduled tutoring sessions and maintaining professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- A valid teaching certification such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve academic success.
