Job Title: Home Tutor

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Home Tutors in Kurnool. As a Home Tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support to students from class 5th to 12th in various subjects. Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
2. Developing customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Explaining concepts clearly and using appropriate teaching methods to ensure understanding.
4. Assigning homework and practice exercises to reinforce learning.
5. Monitoring and tracking students' progress, providing feedback, and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
6. Communicating effectively with parents or guardians regarding students' progress and areas for improvement.
7. Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and motivate students.
6. Age between 18 to 60 years.
7. Open to both male and female candidates.
