Job Description:

As a Home Tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students in subjects ranging from Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans and study materials based on the student's learning needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Assessing students' progress, identifying areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their academic goals.
4. Creating a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to provide progress updates and discuss strategies for student improvement.
6. Utilizing a variety of teaching techniques and resources to enhance the learning experience and cater to diverse learning styles.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Graduation degree in any relevant field.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed will be an added advantage.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
4. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
5. Passionate about education and dedicated to helping students succeed academically.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
7. Proficiency in using technology for teaching purposes (e.g., online learning platforms, educational apps, etc.).
