Educational Qualifications: Candidates must hold a graduate degree and any teaching certifications: D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, or B. orl.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed. These credentials are essential to ensure our tutors are well-equipped to provide their students with the highest-quality education.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience is required. This experience should reflect a strong ability to adapt to different learning styles and provide adequate educational support to students.

Age Requirement: Eligible candidates should be between 18 and 60 years old. There are broad age-range opportunities for experienced educators and enthusiastic newcomers who are passionate about teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personalized Instruction: Conduct tailored one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions that address the unique needs and call each student of each student. Create a student who feels comfortable asking questions and expressing questions.
• Customized Lesson Planning: Develop comprehensive lesson plans and innovative teaching materials to facilitate effective learning. Lessons should align with the curriculum and focus on strengthening the students' foundational knowledge.
• Conceptual Clarity: Guide students through complex concepts, assist them in solving problems, and teach effective study techniques to boost their academic performance.
• Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback. Share detailed updates with parents to inform them about their child’s academic journey.
• Encouraging Confidence: Instill a positive mindset and build students’ self-esteem. Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.

Qualifications:

• A graduate degree combined with relevant teaching certifications (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of professional teaching or tutoring experience, showcasing the ability to adapt and meet diverse student needs.
