Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Planning and delivering effective lessons tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of students.
2. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly.
3. Providing feedback and encouragement to students to help them reach their academic goals.
4. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to keep them informed about students' progress.
5. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment conducive to academic success.
6. Utilizing a variety of teaching resources and techniques to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
7. Adhering to the academic standards and guidelines set by educational boards.

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline along with a relevant teaching qualification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve academic success.
• Flexibility to adapt teaching strategies based on students' needs.
• Familiarity with modern teaching methods and educational technologies is a plus.
