Job Description: As a home tutor with us, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students in their homes.
2. Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs and learning styles of each student.
3. Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to help them improve.
4. Developing and implementing effective teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding and retention of key concepts.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters students' confidence and motivation.
6. Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.
7. Keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, assignments, and assessments.

Qualifications: To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of a Graduate degree in any field.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
3. At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
6. Ability to work independently and adapt teaching methods to meet students' needs.
7. Age between 18 years to 60 years, open to both male and female candidates.
