Education Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- D.Ed (Diploma in Education)
- D.El.Ed (Diploma in Elementary Education)
- D.P.Ed (Diploma in Physical Education)
- B.Ed (Bachelor of Education)
- B.El.Ed (Bachelor of Elementary Education)
- B.P.Ed (Bachelor of Physical Education)
- M.Ed (Master of Education)
- M.P.Ed (Master of Physical Education)
Experience: Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students.
- Creating customized lesson plans based on students' learning needs.
- Providing guidance and support to help students improve their academic performance.
- Monitoring and assessing students' progress regularly.
- Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding students' progress.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong subject knowledge in relevant subjects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience and understanding to work with students of different learning abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to achieve their best.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Working Hours: Flexible hours based on students' and tutors' availability.
Location: Tutoring sessions will be conducted at students' homes in Kolasib.
