As a Home Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students from classes 5th to 12th, helping them achieve academic success and fostering a love for learning.

Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse learning needs of students. Use creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
2. Provide Personalized Support: Identify the strengths and weaknesses of each student and provide personalized support to help them improve. Offer guidance and encouragement to boost their confidence.
3. Monitor Progress: Regularly assess students' progress and track their academic development. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents to facilitate continuous improvement.
4. Create a Positive Learning Environment: Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and explore new concepts. Foster a culture of curiosity and critical thinking.
5. Maintain Communication: Maintain open communication channels with parents to update them on their child's progress, areas of improvement, and any concerns that may arise. Collaborate with parents to ensure a holistic approach to education.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum educational qualifications include a Graduate degree along with any of the following - D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed. A strong academic background in the subject(s) you will be teaching is preferred.
2. Experience: A minimum of 1 year of teaching experience is required. Experience in tutoring students from classes 5th to 12th will be an advantage.
3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 60 years of age.
