Job Description:

As a home tutor in Kodad, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
2. Creating customized lesson plans based on students' needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Providing guidance and support to help students improve their academic performance.
4. Assessing students' progress and adjusting teaching methods as needed.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and motivation.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to discuss students' progress and areas for improvement.
7. Using a variety of teaching resources and techniques to enhance learning outcomes.
8. Keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

1. A passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong subject knowledge in the relevant academic subjects.
4. Patience and empathy when working with students.
5. Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their academic goals.
6. Previous tutoring or teaching experience of at least 1 year.
7. A bachelor's degree or higher in Education or a related field (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
