Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Creating engaging and interactive lesson plans to facilitate effective learning experiences.
3. Assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing constructive feedback.
4. Encouraging a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and motivation.
5. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to support students' academic growth and development.
6. Utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
7. Maintaining accurate records of tutoring sessions, student progress, and academic achievements.
8. Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and confidentiality guidelines in all interactions.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area or education field.
2. Teaching certification or diploma in education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is preferred.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
