Job Title: Home Tutor

We are looking for dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Home Tutors in Khliehriat. As a Home Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on student's lives by providing them with personalized academic support and guidance.

Location: Khliehriat

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions for students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on student's learning needs and goals.
3. Help students improve their academic performance in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and others.
4. Provide feedback and encouragement to students to enhance their confidence and motivation.
5. Monitor and track students' progress, and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure effective learning outcomes.
6. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress and address any concerns.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.
2. Possess a valid D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed certification.
3. At least 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
6. Patient, compassionate, and dedicated to helping students succeed.
7. Age between 18 to 60 years.
8. Open to both male and female candidates.
