Job Title: Home Tutor
Are you passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on students' academic journeys? We are looking for dedicated and experienced Home Tutors to join our team in Kangpokpi. As a Home Tutor, you will have the opportunity to work with students from class 5th to 12th, helping them excel academically and reach their full potential.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students based on their individual learning needs and goals.
- Create personalized lesson plans and teaching materials to engage students and enhance their understanding of the subject matter.
- Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their academic performance.
- Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning and achieve academic success.
- Communicate effectively with parents to update them on their child's progress and discuss any concerns or areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed) or equivalent, with a focus on the relevant subject area.
- Diploma in Education (D.Ed), Elementary Education (D.El.Ed), or Physical Education (D.P.Ed) will be considered as well.
- Master's degree in Education (M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience, preferably in a tutoring or classroom setting.
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the subjects you will be tutoring.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with students of different age groups and learning styles.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve academic success.
Age Requirement: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
