Job Title: Home Tutor

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions according to students' learning needs and academic goals.
2. Create and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
3. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adjust teaching strategies as necessary.
4. Encourage a positive learning environment that fosters students' confidence, motivation, and academic growth.
5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school administrators regarding progress, challenges, and achievements.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
2. Graduation degree along with a Diploma in Education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed), or Master of Education (M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Strong subject knowledge and expertise in one or more subjects relevant to class 5th to 12th curriculum.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
5. Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on students' academic journey.
