Education:

• Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Freshers with exceptional academic records and a passion for teaching are also encouraged to apply

Age Requirement:

• Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old

Job Description: As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
2. Developing personalized lesson plans based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning goals.
3. Providing feedback to students and parents on progress and areas for improvement.
4. Using a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage students and enhance their understanding of subjects.
5. Monitoring and assessing students' performance to adjust teaching strategies as needed.
6. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and confidence.
7. Communicating effectively with parents, school teachers, and administrators to ensure continuity in students' learning.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong subject knowledge in the relevant academic subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Organizational skills to plan lessons effectively and track students' progress.
• Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate students' learning styles and pace.
