Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Creating a personalized learning plan based on the student's needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Providing clear explanations of concepts and helping students develop critical thinking skills.
4. Assigning homework and practice exercises to reinforce learning outside of tutoring sessions.
5. Monitoring student progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
6. Communicating regularly with parents to discuss student performance and progress.
7. Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that motivates students to excel.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in the relevant subject area.
2. Teaching certification or diploma in education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Minimum of 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for education.
6. Ability to work independently and adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
