Experience: Minimum 1-year experience
Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Male and Female candidates are welcome to apply
Subjects: All subjects for students from class 5th to 12th

Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or group tutoring sessions based on students' learning objectives and academic needs.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students' understanding and performance.
3. Evaluating students' progress through regular assessments and providing feedback for improvement.
4. Encouraging active participation and fostering a positive learning environment that promotes academic growth.
5. Communicating effectively with students, parents, and school staff to coordinate learning goals and strategies.
6. Keeping abreast of curriculum changes and educational trends to ensure up-to-date teaching methods.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline along with a relevant teaching certification (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
2. Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience, preferably in a similar role.
3. Strong knowledge and proficiency in the subjects being taught.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for education.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit students' learning styles and abilities.
7. Punctuality and reliability in meeting scheduled tutoring sessions.
8. Comfortable using technology for teaching purposes.
