Job Title: Home Tutor

As a home tutor, you will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with students from class 5th to 12th, helping them achieve their academic goals and build a strong foundation for their future.

Job Description: As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting personalized tutoring sessions for students in subjects ranging from Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, to Languages (Hindi, English).
2. Creating tailored lesson plans and teaching materials based on the individual learning needs and goals of each student.
3. Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students to enhance their understanding and performance in academic subjects.
4. Monitoring and tracking student progress through regular assessments and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters academic growth, critical thinking, and confidence.
6. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on student progress, areas of improvement, and overall academic development.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification of a Graduate degree.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience is required.
• Strong subject knowledge and proficiency in teaching multiple subjects across different grade levels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a positive learning environment.
• Age between 18 years to 60 years.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
