Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students based on their individual learning needs and pace.
2. Creating engaging and interactive lesson plans to enhance students' understanding of various subjects.
3. Providing feedback and constructive criticism to help students improve their academic performance.
4. Monitoring and tracking students' progress to ensure they are meeting learning objectives.
5. Communicating effectively with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and address any concerns.
6. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to excel academically.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education qualification: Graduate and additional certifications in education such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience is required.
• Age requirement: Candidates must be between 18 to 60 years old.
