Education Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of tutoring experience
Age Range: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates
Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students.
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs.
- Assist students in understanding and mastering academic concepts.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to improve their performance.
- Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding students' progress and areas for improvement.
