Experience: Minimum 1-year teaching experience
Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Male and Female candidates are welcome

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' needs and curriculum requirements.
2. Developing customized lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students' understanding of subjects.
3. Providing feedback and regular progress reports to students and parents/guardians.
4. Motivating and encouraging students to reach their full potential academically and personally.
5. Utilizing creative and engaging teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
6. Monitoring students' performance and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
7. Ensuring a positive and supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities.
8. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and school administrators to address students' academic challenges and goals.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or related field.
2. Valid teaching certification or diploma in education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed).
3. Proven experience as a tutor or teacher with excellent subject knowledge.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching and helping students succeed.
6. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learning styles and needs.
7. Familiarity with educational technology and resources is a plus.
