Job Description:

As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions with students in their homes.
2. Creating customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on the student's needs and learning styles.
3. Providing academic support in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
4. Monitoring and assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing feedback to students and parents.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment and motivating students to stay engaged and focused on their studies.
6. Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to update them on their child's progress and discuss any concerns or challenges.

Requirements:

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

1. A graduate degree in any field.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed.
3. Minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to tailor teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
6. Passion for education and helping students succeed.
