Job Description:

As a home tutor in Haveri, your responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' learning needs and goals.
2. Creating personalized lesson plans and using creative teaching methods to engage students.
3. Providing academic support and guidance in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
4. Assessing students' progress, identifying areas for improvement, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation in students.
6. Communicating regularly with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns.
7. Keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions, student performance, and feedback.

Qualifications:

To be eligible for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

1. Hold a Graduate degree along with any of the following qualifications: D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed, or equivalent.
2. Have a minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
3. Be between the ages of 18 years to 60 years.
4. Possess excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching.
5. Be able to work with students of diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
6. Demonstrate patience, empathy, and a commitment to student success.
