Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized tutoring sessions to students based on their individual learning needs and goals.
• Create engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
• Assess students' progress regularly and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure comprehension and improvement.
• Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning and excel academically.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to provide updates on students' progress and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications:

• Must have a minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience.
• Education qualifications include Graduate and any of the following: D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
• Proficient in the subject(s) you will be tutoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, empathetic, and passionate about education.

Requirements:

• Age between 18 to 60 years.
• Open to both male and female candidates.
• Ability to travel to students' homes for tutoring sessions in Gyanpur.
• Access to teaching materials and resources.
