Job Description:
As a home tutor, your responsibilities will include:
- Creating Personalized Learning Plans: Designing and implementing personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's learning style, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Subject Expertise: Teaching various subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more based on the student's grade level and curriculum requirements.
- Providing Academic Support: Offering guidance, clarification, and support to students on academic concepts, homework assignments, and exam preparation.
- Monitoring Progress: Regularly assessing students' progress, identifying areas needing improvement, and adjusting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Effective Communication: Maintaining open and clear communication with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, challenges, and achievements.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum qualification of a Graduate degree along with any of the following: D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience is required.
- Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 60 years old.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
