Job Type: Part-time

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conducting one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions according to students' learning needs and pace.
2. Providing personalized academic support in subjects such as Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and more.
3. Developing and implementing effective lesson plans and teaching strategies to enhance students' understanding and retention of concepts.
4. Monitoring students' progress, identifying areas of improvement, and providing constructive feedback to foster continuous growth.
5. Encouraging a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and self-confidence among students.
6. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and school administrators to align tutoring sessions with classroom curriculum and learning objectives.
7. Keeping accurate records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and any relevant feedback for ongoing assessment and improvement.

Qualifications:

1. Graduation in any discipline.
2. Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are highly desirable.
3. Minimum 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience, preferably in a similar role.
4. Passion for education, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage and motivate students.
5. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods according to students' learning styles and preferences.
6. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during tutoring sessions.

Age Requirement: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years old.
