Job Title: Home Tutor

Experience: Minimum 1 year
Age Range: 18 years to 60 years
Gender: Male/Female (Both welcome)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions with students from class 5th to 12th.
2. Develop personalized lesson plans based on students' learning needs and goals.
3. Provide clear explanations of concepts and use various teaching aids to enhance understanding.
4. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
5. Encourage active participation and engagement during sessions.
6. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
2. Relevant teaching experience of at least 1 year.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
5. Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student learning styles.
