We are looking for dedicated and qualified home tutors to join our team in Dispur. As a home tutor, you will be responsible for providing personalized academic support to students from class 5th to 12th in various subjects.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting one-on-one tutoring sessions with students at their homes.
• Developing customized lesson plans based on the student's learning needs and goals.
• Providing guidance and assistance with homework, assignments, and exam preparation.
• Monitoring the student's progress and adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians regarding the student's performance and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree or higher in education or a related field.
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, M.P.Ed are preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a supportive and motivating learning environment.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for teaching.
