Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree in any discipline
• Additional qualifications such as D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed, B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed, M.Ed, or M.P.Ed are highly preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience
• Experience in working with students from diverse backgrounds is a plus

Age Requirement: 18 years to 60 years

Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Job Responsibilities:

1. Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students based on their academic needs and learning goals.
2. Create customized lesson plans and teaching materials to ensure effective learning outcomes.
3. Provide regular feedback and assessments to track students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
4. Motivate and inspire students to engage actively in the learning process and develop a growth mindset.
5. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and creativity.
6. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians to update them on students' progress and address any concerns or questions.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Strong subject knowledge and expertise in the relevant academic subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students on an individual level.
