Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual learning needs of students from class 5th to 12th. Utilize creative teaching methods to make learning enjoyable and effective.
2. Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Identify areas of strength and weakness and develop personalized learning plans accordingly.
3. Encourage Active Participation: Encourage active participation and critical thinking among students. Foster a positive learning environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and academic excellence.
4. Provide Academic Support: Provide academic support in various subjects, including but not limited to Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies, and Languages. Help students develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills.
5. Monitor Homework and Assignments: Monitor students' homework and assignments to ensure timely completion and understanding of concepts. Offer assistance and guidance when needed to enhance learning outcomes.
6. Communicate with Parents: Maintain open and regular communication with parents to discuss students' progress, areas for improvement, and academic goals. Collaborate with parents to support students' learning outside of tutoring sessions.

Requirements:

1. Education: A minimum of a graduate degree along with a Diploma in Education (D.Ed, D.El.Ed, D.P.Ed), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed, B.El.Ed, B.P.Ed), or Master of Education (M.Ed, M.P.Ed) is required.
2. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of teaching or tutoring experience in relevant subjects. Experience in using innovative teaching methods and technology in education is desirable.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 years to 60 years of age to be eligible for this position.

5. Subject Expertise: Proficiency in subjects taught in classes 5th to 12th is essential. Candidates with additional expertise in specific subjects or exam preparation (e.g., board exams, competitive exams) are preferred.
